Nome Terms of Service

Terms governing use of Nome websites, binaries, applications, APIs, release artifacts, and related services.

Last updated 2026-03-20

Acceptance and scope

These Terms govern access to Nome websites, applications, APIs, downloads, release artifacts, and related services operated by Nomad Maraud. By accessing or using Nome, you agree to these Terms and any product-specific order form, enterprise agreement, or written addendum that applies to your account.

If you are using Nome on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization, and references to you also apply to that organization where context requires it.

Proprietary rights

Nome is closed, proprietary software. Except for the limited right to access or use the service and binaries expressly granted by these Terms or another written agreement, no license or ownership interest is granted in any source code, models, workflows, release artifacts, documentation, design assets, or other materials.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sublicense, publish, lease, resell, reverse engineer, scrape, extract, or create derivative works from Nome except as expressly permitted in a signed written agreement with Nomad Maraud.

Acceptable use

You may not use Nome to violate law, infringe intellectual property rights, bypass access controls, interfere with service integrity, harvest credentials or tokens, benchmark or extract models without permission, or redistribute proprietary artifacts outside your authorized organization.

We may suspend or terminate access if use creates security, legal, abuse, or operational risk, or if required to protect customers, infrastructure, or intellectual property.

Accounts, billing, and enterprise terms

Certain features require an account, active subscription, credit balance, entitlement grant, or enterprise agreement. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials, access grants, device tokens, and download links.

Paid features, credits, support commitments, and deployment terms may be governed by a separate order form or enterprise agreement. If there is a conflict, the signed agreement controls for that customer relationship.

Disclaimers and liability limits

Nome is provided on an as-is and as-available basis except to the extent otherwise stated in a written agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nomad Maraud disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nomad Maraud is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business interruption arising from use of Nome.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted, unless a later effective date is stated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Questions about these Terms, permissions, or commercial licensing should be directed through the authorized Nome support or enterprise contact path.
