License grant

Subject to compliance with this EULA and any separate commercial agreement, Nomad Maraud grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use authorized Nome binary applications and command-line tools for your internal use.

This license covers only the object-code version of the software delivered to you. No source-code rights are granted, and no implied license arises from access to update feeds, release manifests, or support materials.

Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, lease, lend, sell, publish, mirror, or otherwise make the software available to third parties except as expressly authorized in a written agreement.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to derive source code, defeat technical restrictions, extract models or prompts, or use the software to build a competing product except where a restriction is unenforceable under applicable law.

Updates and support

Nome may check for updates, release-channel changes, entitlement changes, and security fixes. You agree that the software may communicate with Nomad Maraud services to validate session, release, or policy state where required by the product.

Support, maintenance, release cadence, and update eligibility may depend on your subscription, credit balance, enterprise agreement, or release channel.

Ownership and termination

The software is licensed, not sold. Nomad Maraud and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the software and related intellectual property.

This EULA terminates automatically if you violate its terms. On termination, you must stop using the software and delete or destroy unauthorized copies in your possession or control.

Warranty disclaimer and liability limit

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the software is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nomad Maraud is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or business interruption arising from installation or use of the software.
